with Bradley. Reframing economic thinking to shift the status quo of resources = economic development = jobs. Built a grassroots movement targeting policy, stakeholders and decision makers to bridge “liberal” vs. “conservative” thinking on pipeline development.
DreamRider Productions
with Kate and Jeff. Pioneering an “Evolutionary Governance” model founded in trust of what is emerging, deep listening, intuition, and tending to the energetic field of the organization and its work.
Yukon Regional Roundtable
with Christine, Facilitator and Director. This 3 year SSHRC social innovation project with 25 First Nations and municipal leaders from across Yukon built economic, educational, and social development collaborations across government, enterprise, and civil society sectors, rippling multi-million dollar initiatives to this day.
Living Wage for Families Campaign
with Priti. When 8,000 Hospital Employees’ Union workers, mainly housekeepers, lost their jobs due to privatization, Priti’s work was integral to the union’s multi-year campaign. Her active role on the LWF Advisory Committee since its inception is contributing to wage parity.
LOVE TO Group
with Jeff. Strategic guidance for launching solutions that account for natural capital, protect ecosystems, and empower local communities with resiliency and economic self-reliance.
The Restoring Circles Collective & Project
with Christine, Co-Director. The Restoring Circles Collective activates reconciliation and transformative justice in Indigenous-ally collaboration, knowledge mobilization, and action research, seeding community restorative justice circles for relationships that cultivate trust and creativity instead of violence.
Our Stories – Demonstrating Change Through Storytelling
with Kate. A two-day healing ceremony crossed with a capacity building/narrative changing/partnership forming conference for 250 people from Health Authority-funded peer support networks.
Raising the Profile Project
with Christine. The Raising the Profile Project is transforming health care across BC. Bridging collaboration across health authorities and civil society, the project shifts acute health care into integrated, community-accessible health care by building cross-sector partnerships, knowledge exchange, collaboration infrastructure, and a capacity growth model that’s being scaled across Canada.

with Bradley. Capacity-building workshop for emerging leaders focused on reflection and rapid, transformative storytelling to break down barriers between employees and various silos within the organization.
UNITY EARTH
with Jeff. Organizational architecture in service of co-creating a powerful movement for unity across a diverse array of wisdom and spiritual traditions, social justice organizations, and environmental campaigns.
URJA
Priti is the founder of URJA, a Canadian charity that works to support girls and women rescued from sex trafficking in Mumbai to live holistic independent lives.
BIL Conference
with Bradley. BIL is an open source, emergent arts, sciences, humanities and technology unconference with no permanent staff or location which landed and relaunched in the shadow of TED’s relocation to Vancouver, Canada and was unfacilitated accordingly.
Social Innovation Certificate
Kate co-designed SFU’s Social Innovation Certificate, and is co-faculty and executive coach for this mid-career, cohort-based transformative program. SIC strips theories, tools and processes to their essence, emphasizing their core purposes and principles so participants can access new ways to solve their real-world challenges.
Yukon Land Relationship Negotiations
with Christine. 4 years of federal negotiations for 5 Yukon First Nations. Created the Storymapping process that intgrates personal narratives with living land values, establishing Indigenous ‘collaborative stewardship’ in the formerly closed process.
Evolutionary Leaders
with Jeff. Evolutionary Leaders, the Source of Synergy Foundation, past chair. Community stewardship, fundraising strategy, and deep co-holding of a vision for the evolution of humanity based on science and awakened consciousness.
Pathways to Leadership for Immigrant Women
with Priti. Synthesizing 30 years of sector experience, Priti used an intersectional approach to develop a strength-based and holistic program that has since scaled to other non-profits. An evaluation by an academic team found PTL to be “transformational.”
The Stone Soup Project
Kate designed and coordinated the Stone Soup project to increase local food security with the Sea to Sky Putting Children First Initiative. Starting with Enterprise Facilitation, Kate took an asset-based, capacity-building approach to link people and resources, and nurture grassroots initiatives in Indigenous communities.
THNK School of Creative Leadership
Kate was co-founding faculty and executive coach for THNK Vancouver, a global program for the next generation of creative leaders that brings together corporate intrapreneurs, social entrepreneurs and commercial entrepreneurs who have a commitment to having real impact on societal issues. Vancouver Indigenous Fashion Week 2017
with Christine, Co-Producer. VIFW 2017 launched worldwide stages for Indigenous couture fashion, bringing verve, resilience and the spirit of modern Indigenous regalia and identity into national and international spotlights. “You’ve changed the game,” said national Indigenous matriarchs. “This is reconciliation.”
Labour Dialogues on Systemic Racism
with Christine and Kate. As Black Lives Matter galvanized anti-racism solidarity in 2020, we switched our training series with five of Canada’s largest unions to ask: What is the missing equity action in today’s labour organizing? “You’ve changed us,” we were told. “It’s going to ripple through our agencies.”
Miracle Connection
with Priti. In 2007, when Bhutanese refugees were arriving in Coquitlam, a group of us were moved to initiate a friendship centre now called Miracle Connection. Without any funds but with a large vision, collaboration from a local school and countless helping hands we formed a bridge between school and home for refugee children and youths. MC supports academics, life skills, sports, dance, and civic engagement through a holistic approach and love.
